Armada Mortgage Services is a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia

Broker Armada Capital Corporation dba Armada Mortgage Services and the client who may be attempting to re-finance a personal residence, purchase a home, or trying to secure financial backing on a construction project.

Acting on behalf of the client, the broker will use the best of his abilities to secure from varying sources, the most attractive financing possible.

The Broker will present all bids received from the different financial institutions and explain to the client their varying merits. No fees shall be charged to the client for the arrangement of conventional financing - such as through Banks, Trust Companies or Insurance Companies.

On the request by the client, the broker will attempt to arrange financing for the client, from non-conventional lending sources should this be their last alternative. Only at the time of funding of the mortgage, through the clients Notary or Lawyer, shall a negotiated fee be deducted and paid to the broker for services rendered.
